Engineering Project Manager, Health (MSO)

Job Description

The MSO’s Health R&D PMO is looking for an extraordinary engineering project manager capable of leading multiple projects of varying scale, complexity, and focus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of engineering project management experience, delivering software and services through a full project lifecycle
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with and align cross-functional teams
• Versatile problem solver who is adept at creative, analytical, and critical thinking to deconstruct problems and resolve conflicts

Responsibilities

• Lead and support various health projects by working with engineering, design, QA, ops, and other teams multi-functionally to define, lead, and track deliverables
• Drive delivery of features and infrastructure for upcoming releases
• Provide regular status updates to project teams, partners, senior leadership, and sponsors
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
