Job Description

Amazon is seeking an Automation Operations Engineer to support the Amazon Logistics North America (AMZL NA) Core Operations Engineering team. This individual will be responsible for designing and managing the next generation of delivery station processes, equipment, and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project) at an advanced level
• 3+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience

Responsibilities

• Integrate systems for safety, security, stability, and efficiency
• Manage multiple high-visibility projects and tasks
• Deep dive technical solutions including conveyor hardware selection and automation integration
• Build relationships with partner organizations within the company
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives
• Develop cross-functional knowledge of Operations and Engineering team systems
