Photonics Engineering Program Manager

Job Description

Apple is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to drive novel technology development into future Photonics IC platforms.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering + 3 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years Photonics Engineering experience
• 1+ year Program Management experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with multi-functional teams including Software/Firmware and Hardware Engineering to deliver pioneering technologies
• Define the program plan/schedule and manage program execution
• Deliver communication/presentations and drive the decision-making process
• Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication
• Optimally and consistently communicate overall program status
• Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently
• Improve the system: Look for patterns, offer best practices and implement change
• Limited domestic or international travel may be required
