Job Description

The Engineering Project Manager role at Marcom supports the content management platform for apple.com, playing a key role in ensuring high-quality customer experience and supporting global initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ technical degree or a minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience working with Headless CMS solutions
• History of change management and working in fast, iterative software development lifecycles (SDLC’s)

Responsibilities

• Influence roadmaps to maintain customer experience on the content management platform
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward
• Train and document user workflows for new platform features
• Organize and summarize high-level concepts for all levels of the organization
• Contribute to cross-functional project plans that support department needs
• Prioritize features and refine processes based on business needs
• Evangelize the platform with stakeholders
• Collaborate with partners and lead a multidisciplinary team toward results
