Software Engineer (L4), Content & Business Products

Job Description

Netflix is seeking talented individuals to join their Content & Business Products (CBP) Engineering teams to build products and services that optimize and automate the content creation process, supporting Netflix's enterprise needs and enabling innovative ways to manage entertainment at scale.

Requirements

• Experience crafting resilient, high-scale, low-latency microservices in production environments
• Proficient with gRPC, GraphQL, or RESTful API design and implementation
• Recent proficient experience with Java, C#, or other OO programming languages with a solid understanding of OO design principles, concurrency, multi-threading, performance tuning, and observability
• Proven track record of resilient data modeling through understanding and translating business requirements to technical requirements
• Participation in on-call rotation and leading incident reviews

Responsibilities

• Build products and services to optimize and automate the content creation process
• Support Netflix's enterprise needs including Finance, Talent, Tech Support, and Customer Support
• Enable the entire workflow of content production, from pitch to play
• Develop innovative new ways to manage entertainment at scale
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
