Job Description

Join the Internal Audit team at Goldman Sachs and be part of independently assessing the firm’s internal control structure, including governance processes, risk management, and anti-financial crime frameworks, with a focus on digital assets and blockchain technology.

Requirements

• 3 - 6 years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, or technology, with direct experience in blockchain technology and digital assets.
• Foundational understanding of blockchain architecture and hands-on experience with blockchain business activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Participate in stakeholder walkthroughs to perform control design assessments and testing.
• Enhance understanding of Digital Assets and relevant global regulations.
• Support audit colleagues in assessing Digital Asset-related activities.
• Contribute to the development of the Internal Audit Digital Assets coverage strategy.
• Prepare audit conclusions and findings for presentation to management.
• Follow up on open audit issues and track their resolution.
