Job Description

Netflix is seeking an early-career researcher to join their Machine Learning and Inference Research team to drive impactful research in the field of econometrics and causal inference combined with machine learning.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in a relevant field (CS, Stats, Econ, OR, or similar) with a specialization in econometrics / causal inference
• Top-tier publications demonstrating deep expertise in the specialization
• Passion for collaboration and building strong relationships
• Strong technical communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to lead with minimal oversight
• Curiosity and judgment in identifying and framing research and business problems
• Desire to share knowledge and guide the adoption of new methods
