Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop presentations and reports for clients in the TMT sector
• Research and use data to build proprietary financial models
• Perform comprehensive analyses of financial transactions
• Analyze accounting and regulatory statements, debt and equity filings
• Support live deal execution in the TMT sector
• Interact with client management teams and working groups
