Test Integration Engineer, Low Voltage Test Automation

Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated hands-on automation engineer in Low Voltage Test Automation group at Tesla, responsible for creating robust testing equipment for vehicle electronics and silicon development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Experience in embedded engineering, electronics, and silicon testing
• Proficiency in debugging common protocols like JTAG, SPI, UART, etc.
• Knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, and automation
• Python coding experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5%

Responsibilities

• Design electronics for testers/fixtures automation in collaboration with test engineers
• Support bring-up, validation, and development of new designs
• Investigate novel solutions to simplify testing automation
• Provide remote and occasional on-site support for product deployment and updates
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
