Job Description

Google is seeking a software engineer experienced in C++ and Python to work on next-generation technologies and machine learning models at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience with software development in C++ and Python, data structures/algorithms
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture
• 3 years of experience with speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field
• 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Write and test product or system development code
• Contribute to code health, automation, and alerting systems for model stability and performance
• Improve and simplify models using advanced machine learning techniques
• Solve machine learning related problems through experimental design and analysis
