Job Description

Google is seeking software engineers to work on developing next-generation technologies at massive scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development.
• 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.
• Experience with C++, Java, and System Design.

Responsibilities

• Help customers succeed with BigLake.
• Lead projects spanning multiple quarters and engineers within Data Cloud.
• Design, implement, test, and review new BigLake features.
• Contribute to Google Cloud's engineering vision and road map for Apache Iceberg and BigQuery.
