Job Description

Apple is seeking a hardworking DevOps Engineer to drive infrastructure transformation using cloud-native technologies and modernize their platform.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS
• Hands on expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands on experience with Linux systems and scripting in Python, Bash, or similar for automation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields

Responsibilities

• Strong troubleshooting skills to isolate issues, determine root cause and implement effective and innovative solutions
• Work cross functionally with other teams across Apple to ensure infrastructure and services accessibility
• Develop innovative solutions beyond merely checking requirement boxes
• Be self-motivated, capable of taking business-critical decisions, and comfortable working in dynamic environments
• Work independently while knowing when to seek assistance to achieve team goals
