Lead Reliability Engineer

Job Description

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Lead Reliability Engineer to support a client in Boston, MA, providing comprehensive reliability engineering support across facilities, utilities, and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an engineering, facilities, equipment support role in a regulated environment
• Strong problem-solving, technical, math, and science skills
• Aptitude for mechanical and electrical systems
• Solid understanding of Good Engineering Practices, Maintenance Best Practices, and Reliability Engineering
• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis on equipment

Responsibilities

• Provide reliability engineering support for facilities, utilities systems, and equipment
• Facilitate the deployment of Maintenance and Reliability Best Practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments
• Apply Good Engineering Practices to minimize equipment downtime
• Perform Root Cause Analysis to prevent future failures
• Maintain team program trackers and department metrics
• Identify and implement maintenance, calibration, and spare parts improvements
• Perform spare parts risk assessments and execute calibration interval assessments
• Prepare and submit change requests for asset updates in CMMS
