Process Integration Baseline Engineer

Job Description

Apple is looking for a motivated process engineer to work on the qualification and consistency of thin films into functional devices in a pilot lab setting.

Requirements

• BS in Thin Film Display, Solar, Optical Coatings, Semiconductor, or equivalent technology with a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
• Experience in thin-films development or process integration

Responsibilities

• Define device critical quality metrics and implement solutions for repeatability and reproducibility
• Develop and monitor unit process quality control procedures
• Investigate and resolve quality issues during development
• Collaborate with multi-functional groups and vendors for process advancement
• Establish SPC systems and maintain data collection for performance measurements
• Collaborate with vendors on equipment specifications and product evaluation
