Job Description

The AI/ML PACE Senior Regulatory Engineering Project Manager (EPM) role at Apple involves driving strategic regulatory progress, overseeing project schedules, and ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, or Computer Engineering
  • Strong technical intuition and familiarity with AI/ML systems and components
  • Proven SW EPM experience and understanding of iterative solutions
  • Passion for AI/ML and ability to articulate its value to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in AI/ML regulatory domain and interpreting regulations
  • Exceptional collaborative leadership style and project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to handle complex problems in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic regulatory progress and track AI/ML standards/regulations
  • Develop and uphold project schedules for internal regulatory tracker
  • Oversee issue and priority management among Engineering Program Managers
  • Communicate updates to senior engineering management and executives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance to standards
  • Manage project management tools and ensure process adherence
  • Support regulatory advocacy and engagements discussions
  • Create strategies for regulatory delivery and advocacy
