Internship opportunity at Tesla for students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field of study.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field of study
• Must be able to relocate and work on site in Palo Alto, CA
• Strong knowledge of Python and Typescript
• Experience building modern web applications using React
• Experience with k8s
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain the frontends and backends of Optimus web tools
• Work with controls, planning, and machine learning engineers to build tailored tooling
• Debug live system issues and identify root causes
• Build metrics and monitor performance and reliability of systems
