Job Description

Design and develop software for real-time and offline data analytics platform at Apple Inc in San Diego, California.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
• 2 years of experience with Java, JavaScript, CoffeeScript, React.js, SQL
• Experience in building fault-tolerant APIs and data pipelines
• Experience with data visualization, distributed caching, SQL databases, RESTful APIs, and Splunk

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software for real-time and offline data analytics platform
• Build fault tolerant APIs for various software services
• Design and build backend services including APIs, ad systems, recommendation and personalization system
• Build large scale data pipelines using modern analytics stack
• Build and deploy data pipelines and APIs using CI/CD tools
• Optimize, clean, and filter data pipelines for user privacy requirements
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers
• Collaborate with partner teams and contribute to strategy planning
