Engineering Manager - OpenBMC Platform

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking an engineering manager to lead the development of manageability software stack for Data Center Systems.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in EE/CS or related field of education or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience in server firmware and platform software development
• 5+ years of experience in managing a software/firmware engineering team
• Strong knowledge of data center management, server architecture, and server manageability
• Experience in C/C++ and Python programming, SCM tools, and project management tools
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver OpenBMC based manageability stack for next generation Data Center Compute Systems
• Manage a team of software engineers to deliver firmware stack with high quality
• Collaborate with data center architects and customers to ensure product development speed
• Drive efficiency, reliability, and optimization in firmware architecture
• Resolve issues with customers and internal teams promptly
