Job Description

As the Director at Google Corp Eng, you will lead the Enterprise Platform, Enterprise Data, and Enterprise AI teams to drive excellent enterprise product development and influence Google's transformation through AI and user-centered thinking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction or equivalent practical experience
• 15 years of experience leading UX for multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience with analogous enterprise software domains

Responsibilities

• Create and drive a compelling experience, outlook, and direction for the EEE suite of products and services
• Envision how AI capabilities can drive innovation across the portfolio, creating efficiency in complex enterprise workflows
• Lead and inspire a global team of UX designers, researchers, content strategists, and UX engineers
• Drive operational and executional excellence while leading creative thinking at scale across numerous product releases
