Job Description

Netflix is seeking a Functional Lead to manage and deliver solutions for Regional Controllership and Global Tax teams, focusing on Workday and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Workday suite of products including report writing, configuration, and building integrations
• Solid understanding of tax requirements and financial reporting
• Experience in project management, custom solutions, and system integrations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with global teams
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions for Regional Controllership and Tax teams
• Plan, prioritize, and manage projects/enhancements on the roadmap
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand use cases and build end-to-end solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and build strong cross-functional relationships
• Disseminate information about work, design, and decisions clearly and concisely
