Job Description

Manager of Technical Program Management role at Meta within the Enterprise Engineering team, responsible for driving strategic initiatives and leading cross-functional teams to deliver technical outcomes aligned with business priorities.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience
• 5+ years of people management experience leading teams to deliver complex technical programs
• Experience in organizational navigation and establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience in analytical thinking, problem-solving with large-scale systems, and delivering technology programs/products
• Experience operating independently across multiple teams and collaborating with technical management teams

• Manage, mentor, and grow existing technical program management teams
• Forge partnerships with technical and business leaders across the organization
• Structure and optimize the organization for effective execution
• Build and lead an organization centered on customer focus and effective communication
