Job Description

The role involves working on a centralized quality engineering organization and collaborating with senior leadership and engineers on distributed teams to define, prioritize, and execute strategic roadmaps for test automation frameworks and internal tools and services.

Requirements

• Track record of successfully aligning cross-functional engineering teams from ideation of strategy to implementation of multi-year cultural and technological change programs
• 2+ years of prior project/program management experience

Responsibilities

• Synthesizing business and technical challenges and competing priorities to design holistic solutions
• Interacting with cross-geo and cross-functional stakeholders
• Requirements gathering, facilitating design discussions, project planning, etc.
• Driving initiatives from ideation through launch and building sustainable long-term programs and products
