Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience, supplier management, and quality control
• Ability to travel internationally to supplier sites - 30%
• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing/Systems, Chemical Engineering or similar)

Responsibilities

• Define quality, metrology, and process requirements for new manufacturing processes
• Develop measurement technologies, control strategies, and information systems to achieve ambitious specifications
• Lead activities to balance quality with scalable yields
• Collaborate with internal and external groups to ensure quality expectations are met
• Evaluate and communicate yields of new and existing processes
