Job Description

Tesla, Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support Datacenter operations with a focus on coordinating across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring project documentation accuracy, and supporting hardware development programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in project management & project coordination
• Minimum 3 years experience supporting hardware development programs
• Good common sense around AI servers and data center hardware environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
• Comfortable taking on less glamorous, hands-on tasks to support the broader team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Assist with material planning and tracking dependencies
• Ensure key project documentation and timelines are up-to-date and accurate
• Support high volume equipment tracking
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate effectively across engineering teams
