Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years related experience for Bachelor's, 4+ years for Master's, 3+ years for Doctorate, or equivalent experience
• Experience in end-to-end technical problem domain, shipping internet scale AI products, and customer-driven design and development

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development to improve model training, evaluation, and quality assessment for AI solutions
• Post-train large language models for enterprise scenarios and tenant data
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to advance deep learning, NLP, multimodal models, and model optimization techniques
• Measure, analyze, and report on model performance, quality, and impact using predictive analytics
