Internship, Product Management, Energy Engineering (Winter/Spring 2026)

Job Description

As a Hardware Product Management Intern at Tesla, you will help define and commercialize industrial energy hardware products for Utility and Large Industrial clients.

Requirements

• Completed Undergraduate Degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, or chemical engineering
• Pursuing a Graduate Degree in technical and commercial fields such as Mechnical Engineering and Engineering Management
• Experience in a firm, academic lab, or similar team environment focused on the development of physical hardware products for use in the energy industry
• Strong quantitative analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

• Creating business cases and market & product insights
• Defining and commercializing service offerings into standardized products
• Working closely with cross-functional teams
• Supporting the education of critical product features for internal teams and customers
