Job Description

KLA is seeking a research scientist with precision motion control experience for their Global Products Group (GPG) division.

Requirements

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree or Master's Level Degree with related work experience
• 5 years of related work experience with a Bachelor's Level Degree

Responsibilities

• Perform controller tuning and troubleshooting for precision mechanisms used in EUV light generation
• Characterize motion performance and drive implementation of improvements
• Work with cross-functional teams to bring prototype systems online and participate in testing
