Analytics Engineer (L5) - Ads DSE, Privacy & Consent Analytics

Job Description

Netflix is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead the development and optimization of consent analytics for Netflix’s global Ads business, contributing to the analytics vision for consent management and privacy at Netflix.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in programmatic adtech analytics
• Fluency in SQL, workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow, and at least one analytics and scripting language like Python
• Strong communication skills to connect insights with actions across stakeholders
• Experience mentoring and enabling others within the functional area
• Contribution to technical communities internally and externally

Responsibilities

• Drive the analytics strategy for consent management across Netflix Ads
• Build scalable dashboards and data models to surface real-time insights on consent trends
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on business requirements for consent flows
• Deliver robust analyses and predictive models for consent optimization
• Act as a subject matter expert on consent analytics and scalable approaches
