Manufacturing Packaging Engineer

Job Description

Elanco is seeking a Packaging Engineer to provide technical support in labeling, packaging, quality assurance, and R&D for the development of biologic drugs.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or relevant experience
• Minimum of 1+ years experience in packaging or filling (liquids)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to plan, schedule, organize, prioritize, and coordinate project activities

Responsibilities

• Provide technical knowledge for the development and specification of packaging materials
• Offer packaging engineering support to various departments
• Investigate and remediate material quality issues and product quality complaints
• Design and develop new product presentation packaging materials
• Provide engineering support for capital equipment projects
