Eyepiece Process Integration Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Eyepiece Process Integration Engineer to join our team at Meta, where you will play a critical role in developing and implementing process integration solutions for cutting-edge eyepiece manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in process integration engineering, preferably in the augmented reality or optics related industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of process engineering principles
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement process integration solutions for eyepiece manufacturing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of processes and systems
• Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and provide technical support
• Develop and deliver training programs to production staff
• Monitor and evaluate process performance for continuous improvement
• Perform Design For Manufacturability (DFM) reviews
• Review and approve fixture designs
• Conduct DOEs and analyze data
• Evaluate and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners
