Arcadis is seeking a Cost Estimator to develop independent and accurate cost estimates for construction projects in Yonkers, NY.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or Business Analytics
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an estimator
Responsibilities
Develop independent cost estimates for change orders
Review and evaluate cost proposals provided by contractors
Prepare estimates of probable costs for potential change orders
Review contractor time and material records
Develop Authorized Cost Breakdown spreadsheets and Negotiation Memos
