Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to join their Resilience Water Team in San Antonio, Texas. The role involves evaluating, planning, designing, permitting, and supporting the management of water/wastewater projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or a related field of study and EIT certification
3 years of relevant experience in design or consulting engineering firm or municipal work environment
Responsibilities
Evaluate, plan, design, permit, and support management of projects for water/wastewater treatment and conveyance
Support professional engineering services during construction
Assess, develop, and support management of sustainability and resilience projects
Support preparation of reports, presentations, and other audio-visual materials
Support field data collection activities for permit compliance
Ensure project compliance with all Arcadis practices and quality, health, and safety standards
Learn/use digital tools to enhance customer experience, team and client collaboration, and project delivery
Some travel may be required for project site visits, client meetings, safety audits, general planning purposes or to oversee construction activities
