Job Description
The Project Controls Lead will oversee cost controls and commercial deliverables for a portfolio of Data Centers of strategic importance to Meta, ensuring accurate and timely insights for successful capacity delivery.
Requirements
10+ years of Construction Project Controls experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Equivalent Field or related field experience
Subject Matter Expert in Cost management, construction change orders, and risk management
Experience in Earned Value Management or collection and analysis of resource data
Experience in Data Center, Manufacturing, or Construction Programs requiring complicated commissioning specifications
Demonstrated analytical, communication, problem solving, prioritization, organization, and reporting skills
Experience negotiating construction changes or complex construction claims
Responsibilities
Lead cost controls activities across projects, including budget management, forecasting, and risk facilitation
Establish and maintain project controls strategy and operations, ensuring consistency and standards
Provide clear communication of project controls health to project leadership, offering actionable insights
Collaborate with various teams for risk detection and mitigation strategies
Support cost forecasts, cash flow risks, and variances for effective communication to stakeholders
Develop and lead a team of contingent workers for project controls deliverables
