Job Description

Meta is seeking a highly engaged and experienced Area Contract Manager to join their Data Center Design, Engineering and Construction team. The role involves managing and optimizing a variety of construction, engineering, and professional services contracts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, contract management, and supply chain operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Legal Studies, Business Administration, English, Engineering, Construction Administration, or equivalent
  • Experience in all Google applications and Adobe Sign

Responsibilities

  • Support the overall design and construction contract management function
  • Drive cross-functional contracts risk and cost containment efforts
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure positive interactions
  • Coordinate and drive resolution to key business issues with various stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and internal support for structuring deals
  • Ensure all approved requests are properly documented and resolved within SLA
  • Act as a liaison between different teams and external contacts
  • Partner with Contracts Program leadership to define KPIs
