Requirements
7+ years of experience in project and program management
Knowledge and experience in various AV Engineering processes
Experience with techniques and tools that drive process efficiency and continuous improvement
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly grasp concepts related to innovative technology
Experience engaging with executives and operational colleagues
Ability to manage and operate in ambiguous situations
Knowledge of the product development workflow
Knowledge of the content creation process is a plus
Experience owning program strategies with a focus on end-to-end delivery
Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning and execution for global AV engineering initiatives
Oversee and coordinate AV programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Communicate program status and performance to stakeholders and senior leadership
Directly manage multiple projects and maintain effective project plans and timelines
Strategize, implement, and maintain program efforts that align with N-Tech AV priorities
Foster strong relationships and influence stakeholders to adopt improved workflows
Orchestrate work across multiple cross-functional teams
Identify and execute opportunities to create efficiencies and optimize workflows
Analyze and quantify AV Engineering challenges and develop initiatives
Establish a reliable cadence for portfolio reviews and resource management
Identify essential requirements, resourcing, and budget needs for projects
