MSL Content Engineering is looking for an experienced content engineer to support critical initiatives, focusing on quality control, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning for GenAI products while ensuring content quality and safety.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in media, journalism, digital content strategy or a related field
1+ years working with GenAI products, prompt engineering, annotation, and/or content labeling and analysis
Experience developing and refining content trust and safety guidelines
Experience working independently and autonomously
Previous experience collaborating with product and technical teams
Proven knowledge of industry trends and news
Proficiency in editing skills
Demonstrated critical thinking skills and impeccable editorial judgment
Experience leading and collaborating on cross-functional projects
Experience building products related to communities and niche topics
Responsibilities
Deliver completion of high-quality editorial work in a fast-paced environment
