Job Description
Cummins is seeking a Cybersecurity Awareness & Training Analyst to enhance cybersecurity posture, support risk identification, and promote awareness within the organization in Indianapolis, IN.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or employee training with a focus on cybersecurity awareness.
Proven experience in designing, delivering, and managing training programs.
Strong understanding of current cybersecurity threats, including phishing and social engineering.
Experience with eLearning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience using phishing simulation tools and security awareness tools.
Responsibilities
Develop, design, and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity training programs.
Deliver cybersecurity training sessions through multiple channels.
Create and curate engaging educational materials.
Regularly communicate emerging cybersecurity threats and best practices.
Organize and manage phishing simulation campaigns.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of cybersecurity training programs.
Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams.
Stay informed about the latest trends in cybersecurity threats.
Assist with educating employees during or after a security incident.
Evaluate and manage cybersecurity awareness tools and platforms.
