Job Description

The Apple Services Engineering team is seeking a dynamic Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to help build and run critical cloud services that millions of customers use daily, partnering with diverse teams across Apple to deliver innovative product solutions and leveraging open source technologies.

Requirements

10+ years experience in technical program management, project management, or as an engineer or supply chain analyst within a technology company (software, hardware, or systems)
Experience using agile methodology
Product lifecycle management and experience delivering customer tools
Executive reporting and communications including presentations, status updates and key metrics
Capacity Management domain experience

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering leads, product managers, and other stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and technical requirements
Drive program execution across multiple engineering disciplines and teams
Serve as the primary point of contact and communication hub for assigned engineering programs
Provide clear and regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership on program status, progress, risks and key metrics
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies
Build strong working relationships and foster collaboration between engineering teams and other departments
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering program management processes, tools, and best practices
Maintain a solid understanding of the technical challenges and architecture involved in the programs you manage
