Job Description

As a Lead Trust & Safety Intelligence Engineer at Apple, you will leverage data science and legal analysis to support Trust & Safety programs, navigate regulatory challenges, and provide data-driven insights across various teams.

Requirements

10+ years of combined experience in advanced data analysis/business intelligence and legal analysis/advisory roles.
Strong proficiency with SQL and experience with large datasets addressing legal and regulatory questions.
Experience with data engineering tools, data pipeline development, and reporting for legal/compliance purposes.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis and distill data into actionable findings.
Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, and Trust & Safety teams in a data advisory capacity.
Determine data requirements for cases and RFIs, and compile data for production.
Partner with data science & analytics peers on metrics and automation of legal initiatives.
Analyze patterns of policy violations and risks to inform strategic decisions.
Establish a comprehensive roadmap for managing legal stakeholder expectations.
