Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
10 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) (or 8 years work experience with a Master's degree).
Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field (preferred).
12 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) (preferred).
Responsibilities
Perform analysis utilizing relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and provide thought leadership through strategic contributions.
Develop solutions, lead, and manage ambiguous problems by framing problems, generating hypotheses, and making recommendations.
Oversee the integration of cross-functional and cross-organizational project/process timelines and develop process improvements.
Align cross-functional Ads stakeholders on a process for the quantitative attribution of impact on key product initiatives.
Understand data sets used by Enterprise Platforms and collaborate with Engineering teams to address instrumentation gaps.
