Job Description

Google is seeking a skilled software engineer to design, build, and scale machine learning systems for the Product Led Sales Assist initiative, driving growth in Google Cloud Platform by identifying high-potential Product Qualified Leads.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
5 years of experience with speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field.
5 years of experience with ML design and ML infrastructure.
Experience in Python and ML libraries/frameworks.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain the scalable infrastructure for training, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models.
Refine existing ML models and implement new models as needed.
Develop and manage data pipelines to ingest and process datasets for ML models.
Drive feature extraction, manipulation, and exploration to create rich signals for PQLs.
Implement systems to monitor the performance and health of ML pipelines and models.
