Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs.
2 years of experience with computer networking and web technologies.
Experience in system administration with Linux/Unix.
Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages.

Responsibilities

Manage customer problems through effective diagnosis and resolution.
Develop understanding of Google's product technology and architectures.
Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
Ensure 24-hour customer support as part of a global team.
Work with Product and Engineering teams to improve the product.
