Job Description

Google is seeking a Product Manager to guide the development of innovative products that enhance user experiences, particularly focusing on AI-driven features for Googlers. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to connect technical and business aspects, ensuring impactful product launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle for AI features.
  • Experience launching User Experiences.
  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in software development or engineering (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, business finance, and other stakeholders (preferred).
  • Experience with consumer or mobile products (preferred).
  • Experience launching AI features (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Communicate product ideas beyond immediate work groups through various channels and expand stakeholder network for broader cross-team collaboration.
  • Work closely with engineers, user experience peers, and other product managers and cross-functional partners across Google for integration and collaboration.
  • Lead the cross-functional team and build processes to enable fast, high-quality execution.
  • Drive the integration of AI to reimagine the mobile app experience, enabling anticipatory services for Googlers.
  • Build and manage product roadmap, aligning with the broader Googlers Experience strategy.
  • Leverage user research, logs analysis, and feedback to identify user needs and define product requirements.
