Arcadis is seeking Assistant Value Engineering Facilitators near Nashville, TN, to work with a diverse team on projects ranging from $3M stream restorations to $3B transit expansions, focusing on sustainable design and engineering solutions.

Requirements

BS Degree in Engineering, Cost, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent
A minimum of 3-years of experience
Interest in software, big data, and AI
Certification such as a PE, CCM, VMA, RA or AIA, PG, GIT or EIT/FE desired

Responsibilities

Review material and prepare for studies
Develop draft and final reports conveying the impact of the workshop
Support marketing efforts and marketing materials
Expand utilization of VE throughout Arcadis
Perform base cost and risk validations
Facilitate workshop phases using the SAVE Value Methodology
Provide VE advice and coordination of VE studies for TDOT in Nashville, TN
