Arcadis is seeking experienced Structural Engineers to join their Resilience Water team, focusing on sustainable solutions for infrastructure projects related to water and wastewater management, addressing climate change and urbanization challenges.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field
5 years of structural engineering design experience, preferably supporting water/wastewater infrastructure projects
Proficiency in structural design software, particularly STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit
Understanding of relevant codes and standards such as IBC and ACI guidelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate structural design alternatives based on site conditions, project requirements, and regulatory constraints
Conduct structural assessments and perform engineering analyses to inform project planning and development
Prepare technical deliverables, including engineering calculations, design drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce innovative and sustainable designs
Support project management by monitoring budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Participate in site visits, client meetings, and other project-related travel as necessary
