Job Description

Meta is seeking Research Scientist Interns for the Reality Labs (RL) team to contribute to the development of photorealistic telepresence through advanced AR/VR technologies. The role involves solving real-world problems in human understanding and collaborating across various disciplines.

Requirements

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2+ years experience with building systems based on Computer Graphics, Computer Vision or Machine Learning methods.
3+ years experience in C++ and Python.
Interpersonal experience in cross-group and cross-culture collaboration.
Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

Solve real problems in enabling Photorealistic Telepresence.
Develop and execute on an R&D agenda related to computer vision, computer graphics or machine learning.
Push the state of the art research from recent top conferences.
Collaborate and support other researchers across various disciplines.
