Requirements
5+ years of experience working on a product innovation team.
Expertise with design-thinking methods, processes, tools, & creativity.
BS in Engineering or BA Industrial design are preferred.
Experience designing & engineering durable good products.
Strong mechanical & manufacturing background.
Responsibilities
Provides leadership over moderate to highly complex Front End Innovation projects.
Guide and influence teams throughout the Front-End Innovation process.
Identify and drive execution of key business and technical risks.
Understand the NPD design process to guide teams in delivering effective solutions.
Provide thought leadership and mentoring on innovation methods and best practices.
Build and manage relationships with internal business teams.
