Job Description

Netflix is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Creative Compute and Storage Software Services team, focusing on designing and developing an in-house infrastructure platform to support global content creation. The role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance creative workflows and manage a worldwide platform.

Requirements

5+ years of expertise in Go, Java, or similar object-oriented languages
Experience in designing, constructing, and managing large distributed systems
Solid experience in setting technical directions for engineering projects
Familiarity with Linux and Linux systems programming
Experience with IaaS providers such as AWS, GCP, and VMware

Responsibilities

Designing orchestration of compute, disk, network, and other resources across globally distributed systems
Integrating with core Netflix technologies and third-party solutions
Developing and advancing core VM, container, network, and storage technologies
