Requirements

3 - 5 years of experience leading backend distributed systems teams
Strong technical acumen and ability to act as a technical advisor
Experience building high-traffic distributed systems
Experience building product platforms impacting customer experience
SRE experience is a plus for ensuring reliability and scalability
Track record of hiring diverse and talented engineers
Excellence in communication with team and stakeholders
Leadership style prioritizing feedback and empowerment
BS in Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline

Responsibilities

Lead a team of expert engineers on system performance optimization
Drive architecture and execution of high-performance product infrastructure
Develop a strategic roadmap balancing incremental delivery with high impact
Define success metrics and drive platform adoption
Communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leadership
