Elanco is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Engineer to lead cybersecurity governance, risk management, and incident response for operational technology systems in their Clinton manufacturing environment.
Requirements
BS or MS in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience including hands-on work with ICS systems (Rockwell or Emerson preferred)
Prior experience in regulated industries (FDA, EMA/EU GMP, Animal Health, Pharma, or Biotech)
Strong project management and leadership capabilities
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Responsibilities
Lead OT Cybersecurity Program Delivery including disaster recovery planning and incident response
Ensure Security Compliance & Risk Mitigation by aligning OT systems with corporate policies
Advance OT Security Operations by monitoring cyber threats and contributing to global security initiatives
Guide & Mentor Teams by training partners on cybersecurity best practices
Drive Project & Financial Management by leading planning and execution of OT cybersecurity projects
